IN NO EVENT SHALL QUIZCRUSH'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS ($0).

4.3 Third-Party Services

The Extension relies on third-party AI services (OpenAI). QuizCrush is not responsible for:

• Third-party service availability, accuracy, or reliability
• Changes to third-party terms, pricing, or functionality
• Data handling practices of third-party providers
• AI model responses, biases, or limitations

5. User Obligations and Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain their own OpenAI API key and account
• Comply with OpenAI's terms of service and usage policies
